The model

When a task needs a language model, the context for that task is sent to the provider you approved. We keep that as private as the provider allows.

No public way in
The agent listens only on the machine itself. Nothing is exposed to the internet.
Private maintenance
We reach the machine over a private, encrypted network. Each client is isolated from every other.
Command guard
Every command the agent tries to run passes a guard we built and maintain. Risky actions need approval.
Read and draft only
Mailbox access can read and leave drafts. Sending is blocked at the connection.
Mail is evidence
Emails, attachments and web pages are treated as information, never as instructions, so a line hidden in a message cannot make it act.
Its own space
The agent can only read and write inside its own workspace on the machine.
Monitoring
We watch the machine, not your business.
Always-On Watch checks health signals: is the agent running, are schedules completing, is the channel connected. It does not read your emails, documents or conversations to do that.
